Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in the Pune Division. The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities in industrial automation and related engineering solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, understanding their technical requirements, presenting appropriate automation solutions, and preparing proposals and quotations.



The role involves coordinating with the engineering and project teams to ensure accurate solution design, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, maintain CRM records, participate in negotiations, and support marketing activities such as trade shows, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, relationship management, and negotiation.
Understanding of industrial automation, robotics, and engineering solutions, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients.
Proficiency in communication, presentation, and professional writing for proposals, emails, and reports.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and use of MS Office or similar productivity software.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field is preferre
