About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and people-oriented Business Development Executive who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, and turning opportunities into business.
You don’t need prior experience in business development or sales. We care more about your attitude, communication skills, confidence, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
Identify and reach out to potential customers and business opportunities.
Confidently present our products/services and communicate their value.
Build solid, long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
Meet business development and sales targets.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, events, and client interactions.
Learn continuously about our offerings, customers, and market.

Freshers are welcome — prior sales experience is not required.
