Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the Enterprise Solutions Growth and Development team, you will be responsible for:

Collaborate with stakeholders to align development priorities to business strategy, define business requirements, and build multi-year learning roadmaps.
Design and deliver cross-functional learning solutions using adult learning principles, agile design methods, and a mix of learning modalities across the talent lifecycle.
Partner with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and teams across geographies to develop globally relevant learning experiences that addre
