Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and ensuring a fair, effective, and timely hiring experience for all candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will contribute to employer branding activities, maintain accurate recruitment records, and use data and insights to improve hiring strategies. This role also includes building talent pipelines, nurturing candidate relationships, and supporting continuous improvement in recruitment operations aligned with GloLicense’s growth in global healthcare licensing services.
