Role Description The Admission Telecaller is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective learners, providing accurate information about courses, admission procedures, and career outcomes.



The Admission Telecaller will follow up with inquiries, maintain and update lead records, and support the admission team in converting leads to enrollments. The role also includes coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth admission processes, meeting daily and monthly call and conversion targets, and delivering courteous, skilled communication at all times.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to speak clearly and confidently in English and Hindi.
Basic computer proficiency, including use of MS Office, data entry, and CRM or lead management tools.
Customer service and sales skills, including handling inquiries, resolving basic concerns, and converting leads to admissions.
Organizational and time-management abilities to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and documentation effectively.
