Job Purpose
Responsible for leading the architecture, development, and delivery of Sitecore-based digital experience platform. Provides technical leadership in designing scalable solutions, establishing development standards, and ensuring the performance, security, and reliability
of Sitecore platforms. Leads and mentors Sitecore development teams, drives technical excellence, and collaborates with business, product, and content stakeholders to deliver creative digital solutions aligned with organizational objectives, industry best practices, and established technology standards.
Key Result Responsibilities
Define and own the Sitecore solution architecture, development standards, technical governance, and best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable digital experience solutions.
Lead, mentor, and support Sitecore developers by providing technical guidance, conducting code reviews, and promoting engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
Design, develop, and oversee integrations between Sitecore and internal enterprise systems, APIs, cloud services,
and third-party platforms to support business and digital transformation requirements.
Drive technical solution design, effort estimation, sprint planning, and technical decision-making to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Ensure the scalability, performance, security, availability, and reliability of the Sitecore platform by implementing industry best practices and proactively addressing technical risks.
Collaborate with marketing, content, product, UX/UI, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective digital experience solutions.
Evaluate emerging Sitecore capabilities, .NET technologies, and digital experience trends, recommending improvements that enhance platform capability, application quality, and development efficiency.
Support application deployment, release planning, and production issue resolution
