About The Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to one of HR Operations or HR Business Partnering, giving the intern an opportunity to understand employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, employee engagement, stakeholder management, and people initiatives.

The intern will work closely with HR leaders in the organization and internal stakeholders. They will get exposure to various aspects of the employee journey,



from onboarding to employee connects, performance processes, HR documentation, and engagement initiatives.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Support employee onboarding, induction, probation, and confirmation processes.
Coordinate documentation and maintain accurate employee records in the HRMS.
Maintain and update employee data related to new joiners, employee connects, resignations, and other lifecycle activities.
Assist with HR data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis.
Support HR documentation and ensure adherence to established HR processes and policies.
Assist with employee queries and day-to-day HR operational activities.

HR Business Partnering

Support HRBP initiatives and employee lifecycle activities.
Coordinate with managers, employees, and HR stakeholders on people-related activities.
Assist in employee connections and engagement initiatives.
Support performance management
