Role Description The Franchise Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for expanding EcoFone’s franchise network. This role involves identifying prospective franchise partners, managing lead generation activities, and conducting meetings, presentations, and negotiations with potential franchisees. The Franchise Sales Manager will develop and execute franchise sales plans,



support business planning for new partners, and ensure franchise agreements align with the company’s standards and growth objectives. Daily tasks include tracking sales performance, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and maintaining solid communication with franchise partners to support their success. The role also requires staying informed about market trends in sustainable technology and recommending strategies to increase franchise competitiveness and brand visibility.
