Role Description The Factory Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, responsible for overseeing end-to-end factory operations.



This role includes planning and managing production schedules, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. The Factory Director will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, coordinate with procurement, logistics, and maintenance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. The role involves monitoring key performance indicators, resolving operational issues, and ensuring that manufacturing processes align with Pack8’s commitment to eco-conscious, high-quality packaging. The Factory Director will also collaborate with senior leadership on strategic capacity planning, cost control, and modernization of factory operations.
