Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee sales activities for compressed air equipment and services, including lead generation, customer outreach, and conversion of inquiries into orders. Responsibilities include managing key accounts,



conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, and recommending suitable products and solutions. The role involves preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating with technical and service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and after-sales support. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, support marketing initiatives, and contribute to strategic planning to expand market presence across India.
Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial or B2B sales, preferably in compressed air systems, capital equipment, or related engineering products.
Strong skills in client relationship management, account handling, and consultative selling for technical solutions.
Ability to understand technical specifications of air compressors, dryers, piping solutions, and maintenance services.
Solid communication, negotiation
