About the Role
Associations International is seeking a Regional Manager to join the International Coaching Federation (ICF) team. This position is ideally based in India, Singapore, or Malaysia, though candidates in other Asia-Pacific locations may also be considered.

The Regional Manager serves as the primary liaison to assigned ICF Chapters and regional communities, supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen chapter performance, drive member growth and retention, and expand ICF's global presence. Working closely with volunteer leaders, regional stakeholders, and internal teams, this role fosters engagement, supports chapter development, and ensures the effective delivery of programs, resources, and services across the region.





Success in this role will be measured through chapter engagement, membership growth and retention, chapter development outcomes, and achievement of established KPIs.

Requirements
Manage relationships with Chapter leadership teams and multinational Chapter forums.
Support chapter operations, organizational capacity building, and leadership transitions.
Maintain accurate chapter governance records and leadership information.
Partner with the Regional Director and Professional Coaching team to increase ICF's regional impact, visibility, and growth.
Engage Chapter leaders to promote and support available resources, tools, events, and leadership programs.
Support the formation and development of current ICF Chapters.
Build and maintain relationships with external organizations that support membership growth and engagement.
