Kylrx AI is an AI-powered HRMS platform that helps organizations manage HR operations including employee management, attendance, leave, payroll, performance, assets, and workforce analytics.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Intern who is confident in communicating with clients, enjoys helping people, and is willing to learn our HRMS platform.

You will interact directly with existing and prospective clients, understand their requirements, provide product demonstrations, answer basic queries, and coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Conduct product demos of Kylrx AI for prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant Kylrx AI features.
- Assist customers with basic product-related questions and issues.




- Follow up with prospects after product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the product/technical team when an issue requires further assistance.
- Maintain records of customer conversations, demos, feedback, and follow-ups.
- Collect customer feedback and share suggestions with the internal team.
- Support onboarding of new customers when required.
- Learn the Kylrx AI platform and stay updated on new features.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and video calls.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to confidently explain software products.
- Positive English communication; Hindi or other regional languages will be an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience is not mandatory. Freshers are welcome.
