Role Description The CRM Strategist is a full time remote role responsible for designing and optimizing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. In this role, the individual will analyze customer data, segment audiences, and develop lifecycle journeys, campaigns,



and automations across CRM platforms. The CRM Strategist will collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology teams to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless integration with MarTech tools. Daily tasks include building and refining workflows, testing and tracking campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and documenting best practices. The role also involves staying current with CRM trends and recommending improvements to enhance personalization, deliverability, and overall customer experience.
Qualifications

Strong CRM strategy and execution skills, including customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Klaviyo, or similar tools) and experience integrating them with MarTech ecosystems.
