Evolv Ventures is a financial consulting firm helping MSMEs and growing businesses with structured debt & refinancing, financial planning & cashflow management (vCFO services), and credit readiness. We work directly with founders and finance teams to solve real capital and financial-planning problems — not generic advisory.

What you'll do
You'll own the outbound execution layer of our business development process — the follow-through work that turns a researched lead into a booked call. This includes sending connection requests and outreach messages on LinkedIn from a dedicated outreach account, following up with prospects who've gone quiet, keeping our lead tracker and CRM updated with every touchpoint, scheduling calls onto the founder's calendar once a prospect responds,



and helping build out and maintain our database of target companies.

What we're looking for
Someone organized and consistent — this role is about steady daily execution, not one big push. Comfortable writing clear, professional messages (we'll give you templates and voice guidelines to work from). Must be comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Claude) as part of daily workflow and working within ClickUp for task tracking — this isn't optional, it's how we run outreach and project management. Interest in finance, startups, or B2B sales is a plus but not required — we'll train you on the specifics.
