Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to prospective clients, and presenting Edvolve Consulting’s learning solutions in a clear and compelling manner. The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle, including organizing meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.



They will maintain regular contact with existing clients to support retention and upsell opportunities, while tracking performance in CRM tools and generating reports for management. Collaboration with delivery and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs and market trends is an key part of day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in education, training, or skilled services.
Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
Ability to identify opportunities, manage a sales pipeline, and work with CRM or similar sales tracking systems.
Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and engaging with clients through meetings, events, and networking activities.
Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed targets.
