Role Description The OTA role at Ocean Group is a full-time, hybrid position based in Udaipur,



with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The OTA will support travel and hospitality operations, including managing online travel agency (OTA) listings, updating rates and inventory, and ensuring accurate content across booking platforms. Daily responsibilities include coordinating reservations, monitoring bookings and cancellations, responding to guest inquiries received through partner platforms, and collaborating with the on-site team to optimize occupancy and revenue. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, assisting with promotions and packages, preparing basic reports, and helping maintain consistent brand standards and service quality. The OTA will work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth communication between online channels, on-property operations, and management.
