Job Summary:
Equinox India is seeking a Team Lead Process Engineering to provide strong technical leadership to a growing execution team,



while remaining actively involved in hands-on project work. This role is intended for a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer who can independently lead process scope, guide teams, interface confidently with clients, and deliver complex oil and gas projects with minimal oversight. Unlike purely managerial roles, this position requires continued direct technical contribution, ownership of deliverables, and accountability for quality, schedule, Budget and client confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
Champion quality of work and adherence to established processes.
Act as a direct interface with Process Engineering management in North America.
Lead and execute process engineering scope across project phases, including
Conceptual Design, FEED, and Detailed Engineering.
