Role Description The Cold Calling/CSR – English role is a full time, on-site position based in Udaipur. The team member will conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introduce services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-ups. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing clear information, handling concerns,



and maintaining a professional, courteous communication style in English. The role also involves updating CRM records, documenting interactions, tracking lead and customer status, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery. Consistent achievement of call targets, maintenance of high customer satisfaction, and adherence to company policies and procedures are core expectations.
Qualifications
Strong customer interaction skills, including experience in Customer Service and Customer Support.
Ability to build and maintain positive Customer Experience and support high Customer Satisfaction.
Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar client-facing roles.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, with a clear and confident phone presence.
Comfort with cold calling, lead qualification, and handling objections in a professional manner.
