Role Description This is a full-time, in office Content Creator and Brand Development role based in Hyderabad. The role involves planning and producing high-quality content for digital channels, including website pages, blogs, social media posts, case studies,



and marketing campaigns that showcase IHM Connect’s ERP offerings. The Content Creator will collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex ERP features into clear, compelling messaging aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include creating content calendars, drafting and editing copy, developing brand narratives and visual concepts in coordination with designers, and optimizing content for engagement and lead generation. The role also includes monitoring content performance, refining brand positioning based on analytics and feedback, and maintaining consistent, inclusive communication across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
Strong skills in content writing, copywriting, and storytelling, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
