ESTATES21 is looking for a Regional Head – East & South India to lead and scale our business across three key markets — Kolkata, Bengaluru and Hyderabad.

This is a senior leadership role with complete business ownership, not just a sales position.

Key Responsibilities

* Own Revenue & P&L; across all three markets
* Lead City Heads, Sales Leaders and large sales teams
* Drive monthly/quarterly business targets and productivity
* Strengthen developer relationships, mandates and inventory access
* Build strong leadership pipelines across cities
* Oversee sales, presales, lead management and conversion strategy
* Establish review systems, accountability and execution discipline
* Work closely with management on regional growth strategy

Who We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for professionals from the Real Estate Channel Partner ecosystem.

Mandatory:




✔ Strong experience with an established Real Estate CP / Property Advisory company
✔ Proven track record of managing large sales teams and significant revenue
✔ Robust understanding of developer–channel partner business models
✔ Leadership experience across a city, region or multiple markets
✔ Ability to build teams, leaders and businesses — not just close individual transactions
