ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive sales for our event management software.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to identify potential customers, generate leads, connect with prospects, understand their requirements, demonstrate our software, and convert opportunities into customers.

You will work closely with the founder and the sales team and will be responsible for building a strong sales pipeline and driving business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
→ Identify and research potential customers in the events and event management industry.
→ Generate recent business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, networking, and other channels.
→ Reach out to event planners, event management companies, corporate event teams, wedding planners, venues,



and other relevant businesses.
→ Understand customer requirements and identify how our event management software can solve their problems.
→ Conduct product demos and sales presentations for prospective customers.
→ Follow up consistently with leads and prospects throughout the sales cycle.
→ Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and sales information in CRM or Google Sheets.
→ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
→ Negotiate with prospects and work towards closing deals.
→ Track daily and weekly sales activities, follow-ups, meetings, demos, and conversions.
→ Research competitors, market trends, and new business opportunities.
→ Work closely with the product and founder’s office teams to communicate customer feedback and market requirements.

REQUIREMENTS
→ 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, B2B sales, SaaS sales, or a similar role.
