The Team

Our PI team provides Business Transformation and Performance Improvement Services to Corporates, Investors, and their portfolio companies, delivering:

Performance improvement via cost reduction, operational improvements and revenue growth programs
Large, complex organizational restructuring and business transformation
Rapid Results Program, which helps to quickly and effectively assess business process management risks and identify key areas impeding performance





How You Will Contribute

We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals for our Performance Improvement team. You will be working in driving performance improvement projects focused on various domains including Supply Chain and operations, Procurement, G&A;,PMO as well as Commercial Excellence engagements. You will collaborate with global partners to develop and implement innovative solutions, ensuring that clients achieve their business objectives.

Conduct basic data assessments and analyse financial and operational data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
Leverage advanced analytical and BI capabilities like Alteryx, PowerBI for data assessments as well as excel and powerpoint
Help drive insights from data analytics, helping make client ready presentations
Support functional improvement programs, e.g. Help design and implement strategies to improve cash flow,
