Role Purpose
Own paid growth, lead generation, and the measurement backbone. You will set strategy, run execution across channels, and own outcomes end to end — from spend to qualified pipeline — working closely with sales, product, and tech.

Responsibilities we entrust you with
• Paid growth: Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic — strategy, budgets, bidding, and creative experimentation against CAC and CPL
• Lead generation: B2B funnel from demand to MQL to SQL — capture, scoring, nurture, routing, and ABM for priority segments
• Analytics & attribution: dashboards,



funnel and cohort reporting, and a measurement framework tying spend to pipeline and revenue
• Tracking infrastructure: UTMs, pixels, server-side events, and conversion APIs — built with tech and data engineering
• Cross-functional partnership: pipeline targets with sales, activation experiments with product, and data pipelines with tech
• Agency & martech: own agency partnerships, vendor selection, and stack ROI

What matters in this role
• 5+ years in performance marketing and analytics with a explicit lead-gen track record
• Hands-on at scale across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic
• Strong on GA4, SQL, BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI), and attribution platforms
• Proven cross-functional experience across sales, product, and tech
• Fluent in the B2B funnel (MQL → SQL → pipeline → revenue) and CRM workflows (HubSpot/Salesforce)
• Comfortable with martech, CDPs, event tracking, an
