The Role
We are hiring multiple AI-Native Growth and GTM Leads to own our outbound engine end to end: target accounts, data, sequences, campaigns, and closed pipeline, across geographies. This is a full-cycle role. You will generate qualified pipeline, run the conversations with senior and CXO-level buyers, demo the product, and progress deals to close.
What You'll Own
Target account strategy across India, the Middle East, the UK, Europe, Southeast Asia, and the US, segmented by industry,
size, regulatory exposure, and buying signal.
Data sourcing and enrichment: accurate, deduplicated account and contact data at scale.
Campaign build and execution: multi-channel outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calling, with AI personalisation at scale and structured experimentation.
Conversations and conversion: discovery and follow-up conversations with CXO-level and global buyers, detailed product and technical demos, and progressing deals to close.
Technical command: enough fluency in software escrow, source-code custody, and code verification to sell credibly across BFSI, Defence, Telecom, and technology buyers.
Pipeline, reporting, and partnerships: own funnel metrics end to end, and build international partnership channels alongside outbound.
