Role Description

We are looking for a basic, hands-on Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day work at interior project sites in Pune.

The person will be responsible for:
Supervising carpenters, electricians, painters, plumbers and other workers
Checking whether work is being done according to the design and instructions
Coordinating with workers and contractors at the site
Taking measurements and checking material requirements
Receiving and checking materials delivered to the site
Making sure furniture and materials are installed properly
Keeping the site clean and organized
Taking daily site photos and sharing work updates
Reporting completed work and pending work to the office/project manager
Identifying basic site problems and informing the concerned team
Coordinating with clients when required




Ensuring workers follow basic safety practices
Making sure work is completed within the given timeline
What we are looking for
1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision is preferred
Freshers with good practical knowledge can also be considered
Basic knowledge of carpentry and interior work
Should understand basic measurements such as feet, inches and mm
Should be able to understand basic interior drawings
Should know how to coordinate with workers and contractors
Should be comfortable using WhatsApp for daily updates and photos
Basic smartphone/computer knowledge
Should be responsible, punctual and willing to work at different sites
Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred
Willing to travel to different interior sites across Pune

Education

No specific degree is mandatory.
Diploma/ITI/Civil/Interior-related education is an advantage, but practical site experience is more important.
