Key Responsibilities

* Identify new industrial customers in Ranipet, Vellore, Ambur, Vaniyambadi, Hosur,



Chennai, Kanchipuram, Sriperumbudur and surrounding industrial areas.
* Visit factories and meet Purchase, Procurement, Maintenance, Utility, ETP, Production and QA personnel.
* Generate new enquiries for industrial chemicals.
* Introduce GEM ASSOCIATES products and arrange samples/trials where required.
* Understand customer consumption, specifications, monthly requirements and current supplier pricing.
* Prepare quotations and coordinate internally for competitive pricing.
* Follow up continuously until enquiry conversion and PO receipt.
* Develop long-term relationships with factory purchase and technical teams.
* Monitor competitor prices and market developments.
* Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
* Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure customer accounts remain within approved credit limits.
* Maintain daily customer-visit reports, enquiry pipeline
