About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing quality talent across various skill sets and experience levels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Negotiate offers and drive candidate closures within agreed timelines.

Required Skills
2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Experience in handling IT and/or Non-IT hiring.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Strong interview coordination and candidate engagement skills.
Positive understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring processes.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience working in staffing, consulting, or corporate recruitment environments.
