Role Description The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will identify and develop recent business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and expand market presence for system integration services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The Business Development Manager will collaborate with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements and ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing competition, and contributing to sales strategies and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.
Excellent client relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
Understanding of IT/system integration services and ability to translate technical offerings into business value.
Good negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
