Role Description:
Lorith France is seeking a Part-Time Perfume Performance Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad. This hybrid role combines laboratory-based experimentation with remote formulation analysis and documentation.
Unlike traditional perfumer roles, this position is focused primarily on enhancing the performance of designer/niche perfumes fragrance oils.
The selected candidate will work on improving perfume projection, sillage, longevity, and overall consumer experience while preserving the original olfactory identity of the fragrance.

Key Responsibilities:Fragrance Performance Optimization:

Analyze existing perfume formulations and identify opportunities for performance enhancement.
Improve projection, diffusion,



and longevity of perfumes prepared from ready-made fragrance oils.
Recommend and evaluate suitable fixatives, musks, solvents, and performance boosters.
Optimize alcohol, water, and additive ratios for maximum stability and scent throw.

Testing & Validation
Conduct blotter evaluations and skin wear trials.
Assess fragrance development over 24–48 hours.
Perform stability testing under elevated temperature, refrigeration, and UV exposure.
Evaluate atomization, evaporation rate, and compatibility with packaging components.
Documentation & Quality Control
Maintain detailed formulation sheets and experimental records.
Prepare SOPs for scalable manufacturing.
