Wizard of HCM Private Limited is an independent HR technology education and training company. Our live programmes turn architecture, configuration and production-support practice into measurable learner performance through demonstrations, labs, controlled failures, troubleshooting and capstones.

We are hiring a Senior Workday Integration Trainer to lead a rigorous live virtual programme spanning Workday Integration architecture, Studio and Orchestrate. This is a remote role based in India, with delivery in agreed cohort windows that may serve international learners. The trainer must be a current hands-on practitioner who can explain design choices, build working integrations, trace failures and coach learners through safe recovery.

What you will own

Convert the approved 12-module curriculum into measurable objectives, demonstrations, build labs, controlled-failure exercises, assessments, office hours and an end-to-end capstone.
Teach tool selection across reports/RaaS, EIB, packaged connectors,



Workday Web Services, Studio and Orchestrate. Explain when to retain, improve, wrap or migrate an integration.
Build and troubleshoot all core scenarios using synthetic or authorized data, including logs, retries, partial success, reconciliation, deployment, rollback and support runbooks.
Create and maintain original or properly authorized payloads, mappings, sample files, answer keys, rubrics, recordings or job aids, instructor notes and release-aware references.
Review learner builds and capstones, diagnose misconceptions, provide exact feedback and report progress, risks, incidents and curriculum improvements.
Coordinate with HCM faculty so learners understand business objects, worker lifecycle, organizations, business processes and security dependencies before integration labs. However, Core HCM & it's associated modules will not be the Integration trainer's responsibility. The prospective students
