About The Role
Own paid performance across Meta and Google. You will manage spend, read the data properly, and make the calls that platform automation cannot.
What You'll Do
Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google
Own budget allocation and bid strategy decisions
Build reporting that separates signal from platform-reported optimism
Run creative testing programmes and identify what actually works
Manage negative keywords, audience exclusions and waste
Reconcile platform conversions against CRM reality
What You'll Bring
2+ years managing real paid budgets, not just dashboards
Deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Analytical rigour: you segment before you conclude
Understanding of attribution and its limits
Ability to write and brief creative that performs
Nice to Have
Experience with server-side tracking and Conversions API
Scripting or automation for reporting
Experience managing multiple ad accounts or clients
