Role Description This is a full-time, on-site DST (Direct Sales Team) role based in Ahmedabad. The DST will focus on sourcing new customers, explaining bank products and services, and driving sales of retail banking products such as savings accounts,



current accounts, loans, and credit cards. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, conducting follow-ups, completing documentation, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and compliance standards. The role also involves coordinating with branch staff and other internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high-quality customer service. Performance will be measured through sales targets, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development abilities, including prospecting, lead conversion, and achieving defined targets.
Customer relationship management skills, with the ability to understand financial needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
