Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes aligned with business requirements.
Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
Partner with department heads to understand staffing and workforce requirements.
Manage employee attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and HR records.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Develop and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation and HR databases.




Prepare HR reports and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, absenteeism, hiring, and other HR metrics.
Support organizational development, culture-building, and change-management initiatives.
Ensure effective implementation of company policies and HR best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
10+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably with managerial responsibility.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Good understanding of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
Robust communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.
