Senior Accountant: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Taxation

Location: South Delhi

Salary: ₹55,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage our Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Taxation functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, advanced Excel skills, and experience with Busy accounting software. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and payments.
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and schedules for internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.




Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Implement and maintain accounting policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
Provide training and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience, with a focus on Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Taxation.
Proficient in advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros).
Experience with Busy accounting software or similar accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
