Role Summary
Job summary
The VP Business Excellence will lead strategic transformation and operational excellence initiatives across multiple healthcare client accounts, sites and delivery teams. Lead Quality Assurance for the business – Establish, maintain and improve quality framework to ensure noiseless delivery with optimum cost of operations. Lead efficiency improvement delivering defined targets for the business.

Duties and responsibilities
Lead and deliver on value creation goals across clients
Lead identification and execution of cross geo/cross practice projects
Lead Capability building for a portfolio of practices
Develop and execute BE strategy for the portfolio aligned to business needs
Accountable for business impact for the portfolio

Leadership on the priority projects and performance fixes
Provide thought leadership on recent operating models – Leverage digital capabilities to build a lean & effective quality organization. Lead complex (life cycle/ Spotlight account interventions)
Create proposals for business problems and challenges
Lead the engagement from Business Excellence for any RFQ/RFPs & new business opportunities, for the practices aligned.
