Role Description The Manager Employment Tax is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing and managing employment tax compliance and advisory activities for client organizations. This role includes reviewing payroll tax calculations, filings, and reconciliations, identifying potential tax risks and opportunities,



and ensuring adherence to relevant employment tax laws and regulations. The manager will lead and mentor a team, allocate work effectively, and provide technical guidance on complex employment tax issues. Day-to-day tasks include managing client engagements, preparing analyses and reports, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting process improvements and technology-enabled solutions. The role also involves contributing to business development initiatives, maintaining strong client relationships, and staying current with legislative and regulatory changes affecting employment taxes.

Strong technical expertise in employment tax, payroll tax, and related compliance, including experience with statutory filings and reconciliations.
