Role Purpose
The Director – Growth & Monetisation will lead Condé Nast India’s Home category business in the Delhi market, with responsibility for driving revenue growth, building strategic client partnerships, deepening engagement with the architect and designer community, and developing new monetisation opportunities across Condé Nast’s brands, content platforms, events, and intellectual properties.
The role will combine market leadership, commercial strategy, community influence, and team management to build a strong and sustainable Home business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the growth and commercial strategy for the Home category in Delhi, with ownership of revenue, client development, and recent-business acquisition.
Build senior-level relationships with leading Home and interiors luxury brands across real estate, paints, home technology, furniture, bath fittings, art galleries, and allied brands.
Develop strategic, integrated, and long-term partnerships across Condé Nast India’s portfolio, including media, content, events, experiences, and IPs.




Build deep and credible relationships with architects, interior designers, design studios, developers, and key industry influencers.
Strengthen Condé Nast’s position as a trusted and influential platform within the architecture and design ecosystem.
Identify new growth areas, client opportunities, and innovative monetisation models for the Home category.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Delhi-based commercial team, driving strong accountability and a consultative sales culture.
Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, events, content, and other internal teams to create compelling and differentiated client solutions.
Ensure strong business discipline across forecasting, pipeline management, commercial delivery, and collections.
