Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Manager role based in Dera Bassi. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for a growing logistics organization.



Daily responsibilities include developing HR policies, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company standards, managing payroll and benefits coordination in collaboration with relevant teams, and addressing employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. The role also involves supporting leadership with workforce planning, conducting training and development initiatives, maintaining accurate HR records and HRIS data, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will collaborate closely with operations, sales, and support teams to ensure HR practices align with business objectives and operational needs.
