ROLE SUMMARY
ZenVed is a rapid-growing education company offering a range of industry-level, employment-ready programs. We are seeking a
results-driven Business Development Executive to own direct-to-learner (B2C) sales through two core areas — lead generation
and lead conversion. You will generate and nurture leads (including cold outreach), turn cold leads into hot, sales-ready
prospects, and convert them into paid enrolments across our programs. The role is consultative, target-driven and focused on
delivering an excellent admissions experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation
– Generate quality leads through outbound cold calling, follow-ups and proactive outreach.
– Work on cold leads and nurture them into warm, sales-ready (hot) prospects.
– Source and manage leads from digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals and databases.




– Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified sales pipeline at all times.
Lead Conversion
– Counsel prospective students and parents on our programs, career outcomes and support offered.
– Convert hot leads into paid enrolments through consultative selling, demos and counselling sessions.
– Follow up consistently via calls, WhatsApp and email to move leads down the funnel.
– Explain the fee structure, payment and EMI options, and handle queries and objections professionally.
Pipeline & Targets
– Maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM (Neodove) and update lead status daily.
– Meet monthly lead-generation, enrolment and revenue targets.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– 1–3 years in inside sales, tele-sales or admissions counselling, with a strong track record in lead generation and conversion.
– Confident with cold calling and skilled at turning cold leads into hot, sales-ready prospects.
