Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations for our US business. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and financial record management using QuickBooks Online (QBO). Experience working with US accounting processes and vendor management is
highly preferred.This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the




ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes.
• Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Record incoming payments and maintain customer account balances.
• Monitor overdue accounts and coordinate collection efforts.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Accounts Payable (AP)
• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate bill entry.
• Obtain internal approvals for invoices before payment.
• Execute payments through Ramp, QBO, company bank accounts, and corporate credit cards.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation.
