Enterprise Sales Lead – Lead Generation & AdTech

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to drive business growth across key categories such as Financial Services, Automotive, Education, CPG, and Software/SaaS.

The role will focus on building relationships with direct advertisers and agencies, selling lead-generation and full-funnel outcome-based media solutions, and growing enterprise client revenue.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, performance marketing, AdTech/MarTech, client relationship management, and the lead aggregation lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage robust relationships with enterprise advertisers and key clients.
Understand client business and marketing objectives and develop effective lead-generation strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth from existing and new accounts.
Pitch and sell AdTech, MarTech, lead-generation,



CPL and outcome-based media solutions.
Work closely with agencies and other strategic partners to drive client adoption and revenue.
Collaborate with performance marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, CPL and overall business outcomes.
Act as the key escalation point for client and program-related issues.
Identify opportunities to improve products, platforms and campaign capabilities based on advertiser requirements.
Forecast revenue accurately and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Work with internal teams to resolve complex campaign, operational and technical challenges.
Develop best practices, client-facing resources and solutions to improve campaign performance.
Mentor and guide junior team members and support their professional development.
