Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi within the Founder’s Office at Niyat Studios, Films & Productions. The role involves supporting the founder in day-to-day operations,



including coordinating shoots and production schedules, managing communication with clients and vendors, and tracking project timelines and deliverables. The team member will help prepare briefs, decks, and documentation, maintain databases and records, and ensure smooth workflow across photography, videography, and studio activities. Responsibilities include assisting with basic business analytics and reporting, organizing meetings, handling follow-ups, and providing structured updates to the founder. The role may also involve contributing ideas for process improvement, supporting brand-building initiatives, and offering hands-on support during key shoots or events as needed.
Qualifications
Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management skills to handle multiple ongoing shoots and production projects.
