About the Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Communication & Social Media Manager to lead the organization's internal and external communications while managing the digital presence of Ardee Group and its EdTech division across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms.
Create engaging content, including captions, posts, blogs, newsletters, and announcements.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Coordinate with the design, videography, and photography teams for content creation.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
Manage online reputation and respond to audience queries promptly.




Coordinate communication for school events, admissions, launches, and corporate initiatives.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in communications, branding, or social media management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with social media platforms, content calendars, and analytics tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the education or EdTech sector.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
