Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Associate PLM Administrator & Data Steward to help maintain and support our Product Lifecycle Management ecosystem. In this entry-level role, you will be on the front lines of our data ecosystem, responsible for executing routine system configurations, supporting end-users, and ensuring daily data integrity.



You will assist in bulk data imports, run routine compliance audits, and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure our R&D; and Supply Chain data remains a highly accurate "single source of truth." The ideal candidate is process-oriented, eager to learn enterprise system administration, and understands the foundational value of treating corporate data as a strategic asset.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture & Administration

Routine Configuration: Execute daily system configurations, user provisioning, and role-based access assignments strictly based on established SOPs.
User Support & Testing: Monitor the helpdesk queue, track Incident Reports (IRs), and assist the senior team with basic end-to-end system testing during software updates.
Compliance Maintenance: Follow established system rules and workflows to ensure basic GHS, GLP, GMP, and regulatory compliance
