Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for driving revenue growth and market penetration for Words Worth solutions in the assigned region. This role includes identifying and developing recent institutional and school partnerships, managing the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, and maintaining long-term relationships with key accounts. The Regional Sales Manager will conduct product presentations and demos, negotiate contracts,



coordinate with internal teams for smooth implementation, and monitor sales performance against regional targets. Daily activities also involve pipeline management, market intelligence gathering, and regular reporting on sales metrics and customer feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Proven regional or territory sales experience, preferably in education technology, publishing, or learning solutions.
Strong skills in business development, account management, negotiation, and relationship building.
Ability to conduct professional product presentations and demos, and communicate value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Comfort with using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to manage pipelines and track performance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
