Raise To Give Foundation supports causes such as medical treatments, emergency care, surgeries, therapies, and life-saving interventions for young children. Guided by transparency and accountability, the organization helps donors contribute with confidence while improving health outcomes and offering hope to children and families regardless of background or circumstances.
Role Description This is a full time on-site Caller position based in Vasai. The Caller will contact potential and existing donors, clearly explain the foundation’s mission,



and encourage contributions to support children’s healthcare needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, answering donor questions, recording call details accurately, and updating donor information in internal systems. The role involves following call scripts ethically, maintaining professional and empathetic communication, coordinating with the fundraising and operations teams, and meeting defined call and fundraising targets. The Caller will also support follow-up activities, share campaign updates with donors, and provide feedback to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to build trust over the phone.
Basic computer literacy and ability to work with call logs, donor databases, and online communication tools.
