We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing & Content Manager who understands creators, culture and content — but also thinks like a marketer and business owner.
The Role
You will lead influencer-led campaigns and content initiatives from idea to execution, ensuring they deliver real business impact.
This includes influencer marketing, content planning, shoots, events, creator experiences and social media execution.
What You’ll DoInfluencer Marketing
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns across Lifestyle, F&B;, Alco-Bev, Hospitality, etc.
Build and maintain robust relationships with creators, managers and agencies
Identify and onboard relevant influencers based on strategy and budget
Handle outreach,



negotiation, contracts, approvals and delivery
Maintain and grow a strong creator database
Ensure timely, budget-aligned campaign execution
Build long-term creator partnerships and ambassador programs
Content & Creative
Develop strong, creator-first campaign ideas
Write briefs, scripts and content directions
Collaborate with strategy and creative teams
Stay updated on trends, formats and creator culture
Convert influencer content into larger campaign opportunities
Support product shoots when required (coordination + execution)
Social Media
Manage posting and publishing across client platforms
Ensure platform-optimised captions, formats and timing
Track performance and improve reach/engagement
Stay updated on algorithms and content trends
Campaigns, Shoots & Events
Coordinate influencer campaigns, shoots and brand events
Manage timelines, stakeholders and deliverables
Handle on-ground execu
