We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our hospitality team and manage end-to-end HR operations while building a robust, service-focused workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel departments
Source and hire candidates for Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, Kitchen, Engineering, Security and other departments
Coordinate interviews, selection, onboarding and joining formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation
Handle employee engagement, grievances and disciplinary matters
Coordinate payroll inputs, leave and attendance management
Support training, induction and employee development programs
Monitor manpower requirements and reduce staff turnover
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies
Work closely with department heads to meet manpower requirements
