By day thirty, you can pitch what we are building to a skeptical buyer and a technical investor in their own languages. By day sixty, one product iteration has shipped with your fingerprints on it and one real sales conversation has happened because of you. By day ninety, you own a number and a roadmap slice the founder no longer checks daily.

THE BAR

Tier one education: IIT, IIM, BITS, SRCC, ISB or equivalent. Not for the logo. This seat demands someone who can hold a product debate at ten and a sales call at eleven, and I need proof you transparent high bars when nobody simplifies the problem for you. If your college is not on the list but your work would embarrass people whose college is, apply and open with exactly that.
