About the role:
MJS And Co LLP is launching a dedicated US-client accounting practice, and we're looking for an accountant to help build it from the ground up. This is an early-stage, high-ownership role with a genuinely fast growth track — the person who joins now helps shape how the practice runs.

What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end accounting for US-based clients in QuickBooks
- Own monthly and year-end book closure, including reconciliations and adjusting entries
- Prepare MIS reports, financial summaries, and management dashboards
- Maintain accurate ledgers, AP/AR, and general accounting records
- Coordinate directly with US clients on queries, reporting, and month-end deliverables
- Ensure work is accurate, timely, and review-ready

What we're looking for:




- 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, ideally with US or international clients
- Strong, demonstrable command of QuickBooks
- Solid grasp of book closure and MIS preparation
- Excellent English — written and verbal — is a must, with no compromise (client-facing role)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable owning deliverables independently
Immediate joiners strongly preferred

Nice to have:
- Experience with US GAAP basics or US bookkeeping conventions
- Exposure to tools like Xero, Bill.com, or similar
- B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA / equivalent
